Twenty-five teachers and the Headmistress of Campus Girls High School, Aitchison College, attended a four-hour training session on the 19th and 20th of March 2025. The teachers examined myths about teaching and learning in groups. They explored disastrous lessons and how to avoid them. The workshop included a presentation on the shape of the effective teacher and the Iceberg Theory. The takeaway task was an exercise to improve the teacher's speaking voice. The teachers were encouraged to practise this several times a month to improve their voice and clarity of speech.
