Mr Thomson shared the new plans with new Board member Mr. Muhammad Lutfullah Bhalli, who has offered his construction skills in the proposed new facility. The yet to be named pavilion will offer a lounge area, historical section, riders changing room, storage, washrooms, and extensive viewing stand. Mr. Thomson especially noted the generous help provided in the concept and planning stages by Old Boy Salman Zafar and architect Mr. Rashid Toosy. The project will come before the Board's new Sub Committee in September.
