Our dedicated IT Help Desk is available to help with all your IT needs

This section is an introduction to the services we offer and contains useful IT facilities provided for staff and students.

The purpose of an IT Help Desk is to provide a centralized resource to answer questions and troubleshoot problems. We are here to help all students and staff. There are several ways you can request our services and report issues:

What to Expect When You Request a Service:

You will receive an e-mail with your ticket number.

A Help Desk Technician will send you an e-mail to do the following:

  • Provide his name and inform you that he will be working on your request.
  • Request any additional information needed to resolve the request.
  • Setup a time to contact you if needed.
  • Provide a “best case scenario” estimate for work completion date/time.
  • During the work process, the Help Desk technician will provide major status updates.
  • When the request is resolved, the Help Desk technician will send you a completion notice by an e-mail.
Service Status

Is everything working?

You can use the Status Dashboard to check the current status of core IT services, such as Email, Calendar, Classrooms, and Google Meet.

IT Support Team is available by phone and email to help you with your IT queries.

Your Account Information

Your username is unique to you and stays the same as long as you remain at Aitchison College. It is made up of your school number at the time of admission. You’ll use it to log in to your IT account, and to other services.

Some services, notably Google apps, require you to log in with your email address, for example: [email protected]
